SIX7 PLUMBING
The Dispatch Center Behind Colombo's Fastest Fixes.
Homeowners were tired of no-shows and surprise bills. Good plumbers were tired of chasing payments. SIX7 sits in the middle: we handle dispatch, rates and terms — vetted independent technicians handle the tools.
Built by dispatchers, for homeowners.
SIX7 Plumbing started in a small garage in Mt Lavinia with one van and a dream: to make emergency plumbing fair, fast, and transparent. We've grown to a 21-area network, but our roots are still local.
We don't do the plumbing ourselves. We verify your problem, confirm the rate and ETA before we move, and send a vetted independent technician. You pay after you approve the work.
Our Mission
Confirm the rate before we move. Fix it properly the first time. Stand behind the work for 6 months. That's the whole business model.
How the Network Works
24/7 Dispatch Desk
Verifies the problem by video, quotes the rate, assigns the nearest vetted tech. We're the first point of contact, always.
Vetted Technician Network
Independent, licensed trades; deactivated on trust breaches. We work with the best, not the cheapest.
Quality & Warranty Desk
6-month shield administration + post-job follow-up. We don't disappear after the job.
Our Values
Trust & Honesty
No upselling, no guesswork. We quote fair rates and stick to them. Pay after you approve.
Speed & Reliability
60-min central arrival. We treat every call like it's our own emergency.
Community First
Hiring locally, training locally, and giving back to the neighborhoods we serve across 21 areas.
6-Month Workmanship Shield
We stand by our fixes. If it breaks, we're back — free.
Exclusions: third-party damage, acts of nature, pre-existing degradation, unconfirmed add-on work.
