Asbestos sheet, tile, concrete slab, metal: each leaks differently and each gets a different seal. But before any membrane goes on, the source gets proven — because a tank overflow spilling onto the roof, a cracked pipe joint in the roof space, or a line leaking inside the building above the ceiling all present exactly like a roof failure, and sealing the roof over them wastes your money twice.
Monsoon adds the seasonal version: tree falls and branch strikes crack sheets and break external runs, and slab outlets clog with leaf litter until water finds the nearest crack. We clear, re-seal and re-slope where the structure allows.

Most roof leaks are at flashing points, not tile cracks — we check the flashing first.
Cause
Cracked tiles, failed flashing, and deteriorated sealant let water travel along rafters before dripping down.

Trace the water path, repair at the source, seal flashing, test with water flow.
After heavy rain, check your attic for damp spots. Early detection saves you from major ceiling damage.

What to Do Before We Arrive
- Bucket under the drip, tape at the entry point — stains spread, marks do not.
- Do not climb onto the roof yourself — mark the interior location and we will match it from above.
- Note where water appears during rain and where it dries afterward — together they trace the path.
- Clear the roof space around the suspected area if it is safe — we need to see the underside of the deck.
